Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Adhesives

• Lash shampoo

• Gel patches

• Tapes

• Accessories

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lailabeauty.bookings@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Laïla Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
